Prices

Prices depend on the size of the house!all smalls are 20 millionMediums are 25 million
Larges are 30 million*Please note these prices are just the prices for my decoration services these do not include the prices for the furniture which is roughly around the same price depending on Market Board prices!

This next few are from my personal apartment that I created to look like an abandoned tea shop!

These next images were taken in my Free Company room and are supposed to simulate a grungy back alley with a sex shop and a bar...yes that is a grave.

I decided to try out making my own photo studio in my apartment!

I redid my free company room to match my medium cottage-like design!

After browsing through housing snap I saw a few lovely gpose studios I got inspiration from and made my own version in my apartment

After joining a new free company I made a free company room inspired by my old large tree house build

This set is a bathhouse designed to be an afk spot

These three pictures are from a venue styled to be like a speakeasy with the top floor of the small house being a cafe and the lower floor a bar and vip lounge!

this was a commission in the style of a cozy and warm small house.

I was requested to do to a small in the same Thavnarian style!

This first set of images is a modern style medium house!

This next set was a hingan style cozy home in a medium!

This set of images was a cyberpunk style venue used in a medium house!

This set is my old medium house set up that is designed to look like a small Japanese town and is one of my favorite design I have ever made!

This design was styled to look like it was an abandoned performance hall with someone living in the basement!

My own medium is was recently done in a Thavnairian theme.

I was inspired by a cottage I saw on housing snap and decided to redo my medium (my current medium build on primal famfrit)

This was a medium house styled to look like a Hingan tea house

This was a medium I did for a friend of mine, styled to look like a lounge with two cubbies set up for taking Gposes!
